Adventure Pluz would not have been possible without the dedication of our Adventure Leaders. Therefore, we are investing our time, resources and effort in our volunteers and staff members in order to equip and build them up to a deeper maturity in Christ (Col. 1:28,29) . We hope that in the process of the equipping, our leaders will be able to, through the platform of adventure-based programmes responsibly teach God's Word and help each young person to become the person God wants him or her to be and do the things He wants him or her to do (2 Tim 2:15). We also seek to build up each of our leaders to a deeper maturity in Christ by taking genuine interest in his or her life (1 Thess 2:7-12) .
Adventure Pluz seeks to impart the values and experience through the CAMP training. The CAMP training is for any believers who want to learn how to be they can be effective in the area of an adventure-based ministry. Components of this training are as below:
The CAMP training will be held on every 5th Saturday of the month. (Additional dates will be schedules as and when required.) It is open for any believer who wants to see how the adventure-based programmes can be used to share the gospel to young people. No experience is required. Suitable participants will be offered an opportunity to serve as an Adventure Pluz Leader.
Candidates who are short-listed as an Adventure Pluz (AP) Leaders will go through an application process that consists of an application form as well as an interview. An AP leader is responsible to lead or assist in two Adventure Pluz programmes every month and he must also attend ongoing trainings held on every 5th Saturday of the month. It is our desire that through these on going trainings, each Adventure Pluz leader will be equipped to serve effectively. Some of the topics of on-going trainings are as follows:

All trainings will be held locally and selected leaders will also be sent for relevant overseas trainings.
